Neuro linguistic programming or NLP is a way of using meditation techniques with positive thinking and visualization to stop our unhelpful and negative thinking, habits and behavior and replace them with more positive and empowering thoughts and habits. NLP helps you take control of your emotional state by helping your better manage how you mind reacts to the many situations and environments you are subject to on a daily basis.

Your mind is like a computer – it has its own software which helps you to organize your thinking and behavior. If you have a behavior you want to change, it’s just a matter of conditioning or programming with some form of NLP or guided meditation techniques. Having worked with all sorts of people with different problems over many years, I have learned that almost all problems stem from the same cause – negative programs running in the unconscious mind.
